Prism and CyDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to Collaborate on Development of Captisol^®-enabled Clopidogrel

June 6, 2006. Prism Pharmaceuticals and CyDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of Lenexa, Kansas, entered into a Joint Due Dligence and Collaborative Development and Discussion Agreement for novel formulations of clopidogrel employing CyDex's proprietary and patented technology identified by the trademark Captisol. CyDex will take the lead on non-clinical and intellectual property management.
